Bortlian Home Care delivers high-quality residential support for children and young people aged 16 to 18 years throughout Greater London, Kent, and neighbouring regions.
Our homes provide a welcoming, stable, and well-structured setting where young people can build trusting relationships, feel secure, and make meaningful progress.
We work with children who may have faced difficult early experiences such as trauma, inconsistency, or neglect. Through a compassionate, trauma-aware, and person-led approach, our dedicated team focuses on understanding each child's unique circumstances.

With more than 15 years of collective experience, the Bortlian Home Care team brings together skilled professionals from across health and social care to support children and young people with a wide range of complex needs.
